A diverse curriculum enables our students to take creative risks and find success in a nurturing environment. Studio courses encourage students to explore the complexities of creative problem solving and experience the satisfaction of creating their own work. Every course is taught by a professional artist, each with a particular area of expertise. Classes range from beginning to advanced levels of drawing, painting, and design to photography, woodworking, and ceramics. Students are assisted in the process of developing portfolios of their artwork and many graduates pursue arts-related careers at prominent art schools and universities. Our students are encouraged to utilize the universal language of art to question and comment on the world around them, thereby providing a meaningful context for lifelong engagement with the arts.
