Any cancellation made before March 1, 2026, will be charged a $50 early cancellation fee per cancelled week, per child. Any cancellations made after March 1, 2026, will be charged a $100 cancellation fee per cancelled week, per child. Cancellations must be made via email at least 2 weeks in advance of the registered week to summersidecamps@sch.org. Refunds will not be extended for cancellations made within 2 weeks of the start date of the programming. All remaining fees, outside of the cancellation and transaction fees, will be refunded to the original form of payment.
Should any Summerside Camp programs be cancelled, Summerside Camps will issue a full refund for summer programs after confirming the family does not wish to enroll in a different week of camp.
Should Summerside Camps need to close programming or cancel for more than one day, during an already in-progress camp program, a pro-rated fee will be refunded for the unused camp days when Summerside camps are closed.
