SCH Athletics

The Athletics Program is an important part of the overall learning experience at SCH. Our main goal is to inspire our student-athletes to be confident, collaborative, and honorable in their pursuit of sportsmanship, teamwork, leadership, and lifelong fitness. We are committed to providing an experience that develops character, emphasizes teamwork, and encourages healthy habits. Your gift to our Athletics Program funds our teams and supports our student-athletes.

When you give back to the Athletics Program, you are partnering with us to make sure all of our student-athletes, in the 17 sports we sponsor, from the beginner in the middle school to the veteran high school varsity athlete, will be properly equipped to compete, but more importantly grow in the best possible way through their athletic experience.

The Center for Entrepreneurial leadership (CEL)

The Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership (CEL) is committed to developing and cultivating an entrepreneurial mindset and skill set in every student at Springside Chestnut Hill Academy. Your gift to the CEL program helps us continue to enhance Pre-K-12 curriculum with learning opportunities and classes that empower students to shape their futures and the world.

Gifts to the CEL program helps our students to build the skills and the mindset of an entrepreneurial problem solver. Thanks to your support, students create incredible solutions to authentic, real-world problems. They are equipped with tools, technology, and mentorship that rival many university entrepreneurship programs. You are helping us to build the next generation of creators and leaders.

The Arts at SCH

Fueled by the passions of our students and dedicated to nurturing an appreciation for the rich legacy of artistic expression throughout the world, SCH Academy’s Arts and New Media curriculum provides an impressive breadth and depth of experience for students Pre-K–12. Your support of the arts gives our students the opportunity to explore their creative interests in courses such as 3D modeling, digital art, coding, and graphic design, enabling our students to extend their abilities into the newest dimensions of arts expression.

Supporting the arts at SCH is an investment in inspiring lifelong passion and creativity, providing incredible opportunities for students from Pre-K through 12. Your contribution empowers young musicians to think critically, enables budding artists to explore diverse mediums, and nurtures the imaginations of aspiring thespians, offering a transformative experience across a spectrum of disciplines.

Robotics & Engineering

From their earliest years at SCH Academy, students learn to become creative designers and problem solvers through our school-wide Robotics and Engineering Program. Through a combination of project-based instruction and competitive challenges, students are asked to imagine creative solutions to problems and opportunities, design their solutions through the use of high speed prototyping, and build their solution in one of our well equipped labs. Your support of the Robotics and Engineering Program allows our students to continue to explore and pursue their passions in STEM fields. 

I get to see gifts to engineering and robotics at work everyday, as our students imagine and design solutions to problems large and small. From micro-drones to full sized airplanes, from LEGO robots to world champion competition robots, from computer controlled prostheses to 3D printed collagen ears, our students creatively design and build an amazing array of solutions to the world’s greatest challenges.

outdoor program

SCH's Outdoor Program experiences expose our students to nature, broaden their worldview and expand their understanding of the environment around them. We believe that providing students with the opportunities to experience their natural surroundings firsthand helps build confidence and independence. Your support of our Outdoor Programs offers new perspectives on our students' classroom studies, and develops a greater appreciation and respect for nature.
