Running is often thought of as an individual sport. At SCH, we endeavor to foster a team of individuals who run and work with each other.

Our program focuses on traditional training methods, including speed and cadence drills, as well as fun and challenging cross-training activities such as plyometrics and yoga. In this way, we are able to provide a full range of exercises to meet the needs of beginning and seasoned runners.

Cross country running empowers team members to meet challenges, both on and off the course, with the same sense of courage, integrity, and respect that permeates the classrooms of SCH.
