Devils Win Medals at City Championships

SCH competed in 15 boats at the City Championships and came away with 3 medals
The Boys lightweight quad (Cunningham/Rusk/Jaeger/Scholl) finished in 2nd place, close behind Malvern Prep by just 2 seconds. The Devils crossed in 4:35 to Malvern's 4:33. SCH were the returning City Champs and had not lost in 2 years of Manny Flicks. The Boys Freshman quad (Stephenson/Miles/Topping/Meyer) also took a silver medal, just 3 seconds behind Haverford - 4:52-4:55.

The Girls Freshman quad (Leon-Palfrey/Jaeger/Ward/McTigue) won a bronze medal while the JV quad (Webb/Sweeney/McTamney/McHugh) came in 4th. Jane Thistle came in 5th in the JV single division.

Other boats competing were: Girls Freshman/Novice (Allen/Keough), Girls JV double (Merion/Harrison), Girls JV quad (Jansen/Doerzbacher/Giordano/Reitmeyer), Girls Lightweight double (Tate/Castellanous), Girls Varsitiy double (Stallworth/Turner), Boys Freshman quad (Tasman/J. Halfpenney/Bai/S. Halfpenney), Boys JV double (C. Wrede/Guy), Boys Varsity single (Xin), and Boys Varsity quad (Hoffman/Gregson/Youngren/P. Wrede)
