Emilee Ehret Named Field Hockey Coach

After an extensive search, Emilee Ehret has been named the Blue Devil's  Head Field Hockey Coach
SCH will have a new field hockey coach walking the sidelines next season in Emilee Ehret. The Blue Devils thank six year head coach Katie Mersky who stepped down as coach as her duties changed in the upper school administrative office.  SCH finished last season at 7-10;  2-8 in the Inter-Ac and 5-1 non-league while losing to eventual champion Episcopal in the first round of the PAISAA Championships.

Emilee Ehret is a Philiadelphia native who played field hockey and lacrosse at Mt. St. Joes and field Hockey at Penn State University. She will wrap up a two year stint at Teach for America and return to Philadelphia this summer. At Mt. St. Joes she was a standout athlete and continued her success at Penn State as her Nittany Lion team won two Big Ten Field Hockey titles and made four NCAA Tournament Appearances. Emilee was a starting defender and a three time member of the Big Ten and National Academic Squad.

We are thrilled that Emilee will join the SCH community. Welcome Emilee!
