Welcome to the sch community

Visitors and parents alike note a unique spirit that defines our school. In fall 2020, we created a series of virtual events designed for parents, alumni, and friends of the school to keep that spirit alive. During this time of social distancing, find out how you can connect with other members of our community safely and virtually. Register for one of our upcoming events today!

Your Home: Love it or List it?
Wednesday, January 27, 7 PM

Spending a lot of time at home recently? Not sure if you should renovate or evacuate?

Join Kevin C. Gillen, Ph.D. P’30 and Starr Osborne P’21 for a virtual talk all about your home! Kevin is a Senior Research Fellow at the Lindy Institute for Urban Innovation at Drexel University. He will speak about recent trends in Philadelphia's housing market, how a home is now so much more than just a residence, and how these recent changes call for a re-thinking of the traditional domestic space.

Starr Osborne, owner of Tailored Home and Tailored Transitions, will address how to "Rethink your Space" and make the most of your home. With increased social distancing, the home has become the office, the gym, the classroom, the restaurant, and the movie theatre. This discussion will be a great way to learn how to tailor your space to fit the "new normal."
