She Works Hard for the Money: Womxn in Entrepreneurship

"She Works Hard for the Money: Womxn in Entrepreneurship" was a panel discussion sponsored by the SCH department of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for Women’s History Month. Though carried out in a virtual forum, the panel felt more like an intimate conversation in someone’s living room. The panelists shared candid chronicles of their entrepreneurship journeys and spoke openly about their motivations, fears, and challenges. A variety of voices filled the "room"—a stay-at-home mom who launched a cleaning product line during COVID, a stylist committed to creating an atmosphere for anyone to feel comfortable, and a civic engagement specialist who has served almost 1,000 women (just to list a few).
