Senior Named National Merit Finalist

Lewa White '26, a 2025 National Merit Semifinalist, has advanced to Finalist standing. To reach this stage, she submitted a comprehensive application detailing her academic achievements, extracurricular leadership, and community involvement. She now joins a select group of students eligible for the National Merit Scholarship, awarded to approximately half of all Finalists.

In the fall, White was chosen as a Semifinalist and among the top one-third of about 50,000 high-scorers on qualifying tests (SATs, PSATs, or NMSQTs). In addition, this past fall, five SCH seniors received Letters of Commendation: Alec Gupte, Aaron Jia, Eloise Levin, Judah Meyer, and Lauren Wilson.
