SCH students featured on KYW Newsradio

Two SCH students, Whimsy Mark-Ockerbloom and Ella Stevens, were featured on KYW Newsradio for their book, A Cape for Candy, which features a nonbinary hero. The segment, called Philly Rising, aims to recognize individuals in the greater Philadelphia area as difference makers. Both Ella and Whimsy hope the book will promote representation and acceptance for the LGBTQ+ community. The book originally began as a Capstone project in SCH’s Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership program and is in the works to be published on Amazon. We couldn’t be more proud of their quest to effect positive change!
