SCH Proud: Blue Devils' girls soccer players finish 2nd in Country on club team!

Four members of the SCH girls varsity soccer team traveled to Bradenton, FL with their club, Coppa Rage, and came home with second place trophies in the U16 United States National Championship Series!

Playing against the top teams in the country, the Rage went 4-2 during the trip, and their only losses were to the eventual champions, La Roca.

Congratulations to juniors Bella Brown, Elena Franklin, Brigid McDonald, and Abby Fitzmaurice. Brown scored the lone goal in the 1-0 semifinal win over Broomfield. Keeping it in the family, the team is coached by SCH varsity coach Maria Kosmin’s brother Tom DeGeorge.
