Athletes of the Week 4/25

Four students are recognized as athletes of the week for the week ending April 25, 2021

Ella Woehlcke '24 - track & field - in the first meet of the year, won the 1600 in 5:11.6  and placed 2nd in the 800 in 2:21.1. Her efforts earned the team 8 points to help the team defeat Agnes Irwin and Baldwin.

Courtney Oliver '23 - softball - led the team last week in three games with a .625 batting average, including 5 hits with 2 RBIs.  She scored twice, including the winning run in the 3-2 victory over Agnes Irwin and had a hit and a walk in the 6th inning to help the Blue Devils to a come from behind 6-5 win over Penn Charter. SCH is 5-4 on the year.

Darrion Rascoe '23 - track & field - in the first meet of the year, Darrion broke the 2010 school record of 139-7 in the javelin with throw of 148-11. 

Nolan Shelinsky '24 - JV baseball - had a big day on the mound, pitching a complete game with 6 strikeouts in a 6-3 win over Penn Charter. Nolan is 3-0 on the season and the team is 5-1.
