Alumni are Celebrated and Honored

Alumni Weekend 2023 was a fantastic celebration (see a selection of photos from the weekend here and class photos here), and we are thrilled to have welcomed over 650 alumni who were back on campus to reconnect and reminisce. This is a testament to the relationships forged here and a tremendous affirmation of a Springside School, Chestnut Hill Academy, and an SCH education. 

Every year, our community nominates and selects notable alumni to receive distinguished alumni awards. This year, SCH honored eight alumni for their outstanding service and achievements: Margaret O’Neill ’03, Sarah Greenwood Salmon ’97, Sandy Kellogg ’78, Jessie Jane Lewis ’65 (posthumous), Ed McDevitt ’93, Rashad Campbell ’08, Gilly Lane ’03, and Bradley K. Moss ’76. Head of School Delvin Dinkins was omnipresent to meet and greet alumni throughout the weekend; his remarks from the award ceremony (scroll to the bottom of the Head of School page to read!) on Friday, provided those attending reflections from his first year.
