SCH Academy's FRC Team 1218 recently clinched an exciting victory at the Ramp Riot offseason competition held at Wissahickon High School. This win was especially memorable, as it marked the final competition for 1218's robot, Swift, which delivered an outstanding performance and helped secure the championship.
After years of dedication, this victory also marked Team 1218's first tournament win since 2019, a fitting send-off for Swift. The team's success at Ramp Riot reflects their hard work and teamwork, ending Swift's career on a high note. Stay tuned in the new year when the team will unveil a brand-new theme and start building their robot for their first competition in March.
In the meantime, stay tuned for information on our on-campus Lower and Middle School competition, Robotics: SCH Challenge RQT & Explore Festival, on Saturday, December 7!
