Painting with Your Hands

Painting with Your Hands

This week our toddlers experimented with paint! As a part of the Reggio Emilia philosophy, students are allowed to continue exploring an activity that interests them. They had the option of being able to paint with their hands, on an easel, or at the table. Some preferred to dive in and stick their hands in the paint while others took a brush and paint to paper.

The beauty of the Reggio Emilia method is that our teachers encourage students to explore what they are drawn to. They let the creative process and the child's curiosity drive the activity.

Everyone was thrilled with the art that they were able to create!
