Overnight Trips
One of the most memorable experiences in Middle School are the annual overnight trips, divided by grade and gender. Each year, students and their advisors travel for two to three nights to a location off-campus. Trips range from the Poconos to Maryland to Washington, D.C.—depending on the grade and gender—and at each location the trip's focus differs (from ropes course to sailing to touring monuments at our Nation's Capital). The common thread is an emphasis on SCH's core values: courage, diversity, integrity, resilience, and thoughtfulness. Students bring back life-long memories, friendships, class spirit, and a fresh start to the academic setting.
