Two SCHers Win Inter-Ac AD Award

Sebastian Small and Charlotte Trayes, seniors, won Inter-Ac AD Awards for Springside Chestnut Hill. They were presented with their awards at last week's banquet.

"I owe so much of my success to my parents, coaches, teachers, and teammates for shaping me into the athlete and man I am today. The Inter-Ac is unique; you go toe-to-toe with the best in the country, yet walk off the field with lifelong friends," said Small.

They were among 13 student-athletes honored by the Inter-Academic Athletic League Directors of Athletics. The AD’s Award is presented annually to multi-sport varsity seniors who exemplify dedication, sportsmanship, and leadership as outstanding representatives of the Inter-Ac League.

"The league’s strong emphasis on sportsmanship and integrity has challenged me to grow, not only as a competitor, but as a teammate and a person," said Trayes. "The high level of competition, combined with SCH’s supportive environment, has instilled in me a deep sense of discipline, dedication, and consistency."
