Lax Goalie Lucy Pearson named All-American

After an outstanding season helping the Blue Devils to a 7-9 record, rising senior goalie Lucy Pearson was named as a Lacrosse All-American and an Academic All-American.

Lucy was one of just 2 goalies named as an All-American in Eastern PA. US Lacrosse defines an All-American as players, "who exhibit superior skills and techniques, possess exceptional game sense and knowledge, and embody good sportsmanship".

In addition to this honor, she was also recognized as an Academic All-American. An Academic All-American must also represent high standards of academic achievement in the classroom as well as being an exceptional player.

Lucy, who also competes on the SCH varsity squash team, has committed to attend Stanford University.
