The following students are recognized as Athletes of the Week ending Feb. 26:
Ivan Thorpe '22 & Billy Donato '22 - Basketball - Ivan and Billy have been continuous leaders throughout the season for the basketball program, and both students were very instrumental in the PASIAA first-round victory over PC last week. Ivan was a defensive menace guarding the other teams' best players, while Billy was crucial in game planning. We will miss you next year, Ivan and Billy!
Jack Larkin '24 - Squash - Jack won all three of his matches at Nationals this past weekend against a very strong pool of competitors. He has improved steadily throughout the season and always played hard with grace and sportsmanship. We appreciate his tenacity and work ethic. Good luck next year, Jack!
Whitney Taylor '22 - Squash - Whitney had a phenomenal weekend at Nationals as our #1 ranked player! She earned the lone win in our match with the eventual Division I champion Baldwin and won 3 of her 4 matches overall. Whitney helped the team play to a 7th place finish in the country, an amazing finish to the season, and her career at SCH. Good luck playing at Yale next year, Whitney!
