Athletes of the Week Ending December 13

The following students have been named Athletes of the Week ending December 13:

Eloise Levin '26 - Squash - At MASA last weekend, Eloise won her match from 2-1 down, saving match balls and closing it out in five against a nationally-ranked opponent from Baldwin, anchoring a close battle for the Blue Devils. Later, she helped lead a program-defining turnaround win vs LMSD (6-1). Eloise shows the clearest example of competitive resilience under pressure with her leadership at the top of the lineup, the kind of performance that defines her play as a whole, not just for a single match. Way to go, Eloise!

Robbie Murray '26 - Wrestling - Senior Captain Robbie Murray is off to a great start for the Devils with an impressive 7-2 record this season. This past weekend, he captured the 175lbs weight class title at the SCH Invitational Tournament, going 4-0 on the day with a huge pin in the finals to earn his first tournament championship win. We look forward to Robbie adding to his accolades and his continued leadership throughout the year. Congrats, Robbie!

Brady Grieve '27 - Squash - Brady played at the #1 spot in multiple matches last weekend at the MASA tournament, helping to lead the team to a Division 3 Championship, beating Malvern, FCS, and GFS along the way. He is setting the standard for the Devils’ upcoming Inter-Ac matchups, showing control, maturity, and leadership, especially in high-expectation matches. Keep up the great work, Brady!

Pia Swamy '26 - Basketball - Pia is stepping up for her team in ways that go beyond the stat sheet this year. That said, her ability to score, rebound, and defend has helped us in a big way, especially in our recent games. In addition to scoring 12 points vs Sacred Heart, she helped rally the team back from a deficit at the half to a 57-49 victory, and last week, she added 8 points in our win vs Barrack. Whether Pia is on the court or the sideline, you can hear her cheering on her teammates and breathing energy and life into our team. We appreciate all of her hard work and look forward to what is in store for her as we move into Inter-Ac play!

Hucksley Ruebensaal '32 - Squash - Hucksley had an outstanding match against EA for the MS JV team last week, showing grit, resilience, and consistently strong play throughout. His focus and determination made a clear impact on the Blue Devils! We are proud of you, Hucksley!
