Athletes of the Week Ending 5/27

The following students have been named Athletes of the Week ending 5/27:

Courtney Oliver '23 - Softball - Courtney finished her 5-year varsity career with a strong performance in the team’s final 2 PAISAA playoff games. In the semi-finals, she walked once and had two hits vs GA. After hitting a double, Courtney scored the winning run to help the Blue Devils to a convincing 9-1 victory, upsetting higher-seeded GA! In her impressive career, Courtney has racked up 78 hits, scored 72 times, and had an overall batting average of .354! We will miss you next year and wish you all the best playing at Elizabethtown College!

Frankie Decembrino '26 - Baseball - Frankie really stepped up when the team needed him most at catcher this season. When the coaches gave him the nod to change positions to be the starting catcher, he showed his coachability, drive, and eagerness to help the team, and his contributions were integral to the Devils’ Inter-Ac Championship. Frankie exemplifies what “team player” means, and backs it up with solid offensive and defensive work. We are excited to see his progress and success in the future!

Fallon George '23 - Lacrosse - Fallon, a senior captain, midfielder, and University of Maryland signee, is best known for her tenacious defense on the field. She has a 100 percent work ethic every day at practices and it shows in her relentless play during games. Fallon is a tremendous role model for our younger players as a USA All-Academic honoree and she is an unsung hero as a defender. She consistently has excellent sportsmanship, and there is no doubt that she will have an amazing college career for the Terps! We are so proud of you, Fallon!
