Athletes of the Week ending 3/26:

The following students have been recognized as Athletes of the Week ending 3/26:

Sean Finn ‘23 - Baseball - Sean tallied 6 RBIs and 7 runs with a batting average of .533 to lead the Devils during the Spring Break Florida trip. As a varsity team captain, Sean consistently shows his dedication and work ethic and is a great role model for the younger players. 

Samantha Klug ‘22 - Softball - Sam, a senior captain, pitched 4 complete games last week, starting with a home game vs Shipley and 3 games in Florida. She earned 3 wins and accumulated 50 strikeouts and gave up just 9 hits, 3 walks, and 6 earned runs! 

Caroline Foley ‘23 - Lacrosse - Caroline stepped up to be a vocal, positive and composed leader of the defensive unit during last week’s league match-up with AIS. Her poise offered her teammates the opportunity to not only level up on speed but for each player to excel individually. 

Josh Miller '25 - Tennis - Josh recently earned a starting position on the varsity squad as a freshman. He has proved that he belongs there as he dominated the 4th singles position against Masterman last week, winning 6-0, 6-1. 
 

Ward Dobek ‘25 - Baseball - Ward had two hits, a stolen base and two RBI’s during the JV contests in Florida last week. From the mound, he earned the tie after 4 innings pitched with 6 strikeouts, one walk allowed and only letting up four hits on 3 earned runs.
