Julian McFadden ’06

Julian McFadden ’06 is a dedicated educator, coach, and mentor whose impact on the Springside Chestnut Hill Academy community has been both profound and far-reaching.

As a Middle School learning support specialist and dean for 5th-grade students, Julian is deeply committed to helping students find their path—academically, socially, and personally. Beyond the classroom, he serves as head boys basketball coach, where he has led the program to more than 100 wins while shaping young athletes with a focus on character, discipline, and teamwork.

Over the past nine years, Julian has influenced hundreds of students, not only preparing them for success in school but also equipping them with the skills and mindset to navigate life beyond SCH. His leadership extends into the broader community as well, most recently through impactful service initiatives such as school-wide food drives.

The Young Alumnus Award recognizes graduates who demonstrate excellence in their careers and service to others. Julian exemplifies these qualities through his unwavering commitment to students, his leadership on and off the court, and his belief in the transformative power of education.
