En-garde, Ryanne Leslie '23 Makes Fencing World Take Notice

Sophomore fencer Ryanne Leslie, who already owns a 2019-2020 All-American and All-Academic first Team accolade, is in a strong position to be one of three fencers on the under 17 Women's World Fencing Championship Team list next season.

Ryanne Leslie '23 has already set some high achievements in the fencing world. In addition to her 2019-20 All-American and All-Academic first team honors, she is also a 2X Youth National Fencing Champion (having won one in youth 10 and one in youth 14). 

Ryanne received her USA fencing 2019-20 youth 14 bronze patch in recognition of ranking #3 in the nation. At age 15, she is currently on the US under 17 Woman's International Travel team. Her goal is to be selected as one of 3 fencers on the under 17 Woman's World Fencing Championship team next season.
