Boys Basketball Defeat Episcopal
The Blue Devils won their first game of the shortened season with a 65-58 victory over Episcopal.
Darius Isaac '22 led the team with 16 points, 6 assists, and 4 steals. Bobby Markey '21, Ron Brown '24, and Tommy Markey '24 each chipped in with 11 points while Mitch Karp '24 put in 9. The Markey brothers combined for six 3-pointers.
The team has refused to let their 2-week break, due to quarantine, hinder their improvement. The Devils will travel to Episcopal on Thursday, Germantown on Friday, and finish their season on Saturday hosting Malvern.
Congratulations to the team and coaches for a terrific win!
The JV team has been very competitive with a 1-2 record, which matches the varsity record.
