Athletes of the Week Ending 1/28

Keni Williams '25 - Basketball - Keni led the Blue Devils to a 57-52 OT victory last Friday night vs. Penn Charter, scoring 15 points and pulling down 8 rebounds. He impresses with his ball handling as the point guard and works hard at practice to improve every day. Keep it up, Keni!

Katelyn Jaconetti '24 - Basketball - Fueled by the support of her teammates and a lively home crowd for Silent Night 2023, Kate posted an impressive performance against visiting GA. The junior guard had an efficient night with 13 points on 5/9 from the field. Kate also chipped in 4 rebounds and 2 assists in an inspiring effort by the Blue Devils. Way to go, Kate!

Hunter Rexford '23 - Ice Hockey - Hunter is a senior captain who plays just about every minute of each game for the Devils. He finished last week with 4 points versus strong Haverford and GA teams and is consistently an offensive threat. Congrats on a great high school career with Blue Devil ice hockey, Hunter!

Katie McMullen '26 - Basketball - Katie continues to excel as a multi-faceted wing player. Her speed and athleticism made her a standout on the defensive end against Germantown Academy's JV unit last Friday. Timely stops and rebounds helped to secure a well-earned 27-24 victory! Well done, Katie!

Jack Boyle '24 - Indoor Track - In his first try at the triple jump, Jack finished seventh at the Coaches Meet at Glen Mills last Friday with a leap of 33’01”! Jack has improved tremendously this season and we look forward to his continued success. Great work, Jack!

Gemma Cooper '29 - Squash - Gemma played some amazing 5 game matches this past weekend at MS Nationals. When Gemma plays, her opponents think the point is over and then she sneaks in and wins the point! Keep up that scrappy and spirited play, Gemma!

Henry Hayne '28 - Squash - Henry is a great competitor and has excellent sportsmanship. At MS Nationals last weekend he was 3-1, with his only loss as a 5-gamer where he gave it everything he had to the end! Proud of your fight, Henry, and we are looking forward to your bright future!
