Application Deadline: All applications completed by December 1 will receive an admissions decision on January 15. 

Enrollment Deadline: January 15th admissions offers have a deadline of February 15 to enroll. 

Rolling Admissions: Applications received after December 1 will be considered on a rolling basis. 

There is a one-time $50 application fee.

Our independent school application process entails several required fees*.

• For applicants of grades 2-4, the WISC-V assessment which can be privately administered, costs approximately $300 to $1,000.
• For applicants of grades 5-12, the SSAT or ISEE exam ranges from approximately from $150 to $250.
• Lastly, families applying for financial aid must submit a Clarity financial aid application, which is a $60 one-time fee.

*NOTE: most of these assessment fees can be used for your application to all ADVIS, area private, independent schools.

Once all necessary files and forms have been submitted, you will be notified that your file is complete and ready to be reviewed by the admissions committee. 

Admissions begins reviewing first-round applications in December and the offer date for all divisions (Lower, Middle, and Upper School) will be sent on January 15. After January 15, Admissions moves to rolling admissions for the remainder of the school year through the summer months.
