meet sch leadership
At SCH our mission is not just 64 words; its is an expression of our highest educational aspirations. Every morning, when I greet our students, I'm reminded that the future lies in our hands and that we are responsible for nurturing this future into being. When our students graduate, we want them to step into the world as thoughtful, engaged citizens with a desire to do good and make a difference. We want them to have learned, through direct experience, that no challenge is insurmountable if approached with the right amount of creativity, resourcefulness, and resilience.
As an institution with a 160-year history of educating young people, we are of course committed to fostering the time-honored fundamentals of intellectual rigor, critical analysis, and thoughtful evaluation. But we are also committed to developing young students of character and self-knowledge who can hold their compass north while navigating an ever-changing world.
Be assured that as you join our community, all our resources will be dedicated to helping your student grow into the unique person they are meant to be.
