Submit Your Application
To submit an application to Springside Chestnut Hill Academy, please start with the online application. You will be asked to create a username and password so that you can return to the portal to complete the process or pick up where you left off. The application takes about 10-15 minutes to complete.
submit your parent questionnaire
The parent questionnaire serves as a valuable tool for us to gain insights into your family and student's unique qualities and experiences. By completing this questionnaire in the mySCH portal alongside your application, you provide us with a better understanding of your motivations for considering SCH, your student's potential contributions to our community, and their notable academic or extracurricular accomplishments.
schedule your parent INTERVIEW
As part of the application, parents of applicants in the Middle School are required to complete a parent interview at any time throughout the admissions process. This conversation with our Middle School Admissions Director, Allison Gatter, will give you an opportunity to learn more about our curriculum, ask questions, and tell us more about your student. This interview can be scheduled at the same time as your student's visit (or at a later date) and is preferred to happen in-person but can be virtual if needed.
schedule your STUDENT FULL-DAY VISIT & INTERVIEW WITH MIDDLE SCHOOL DEAN
Applicants will have the invaluable opportunity to immerse themselves in our school's academic and social culture by spending a full day in our Middle School. To ensure a smooth visit, students will be assigned a friendly student "host" unless they express a preference to spend the day with a specific individual. The day starts at 8:00 AM and ends at 2:50 PM.
During the visit, applicants will also have a one-on-one interview with one of 4 Middle School Deans. This interview provides an excellent platform for applicants to showcase their unique qualities, share more about themselves, and answer any additional questions they may have. It is an exciting opportunity for your student to engage with our faculty and further personalize their application.

Please log into your mySCH account to electronically request your recommendation letters. We prioritize the confidentiality of these recommendations, which must be directly sent from the respective teachers to our Admission Office after October 15.
