SCH has a long history of being a destination school for families around the globe. SCH is well-versed on the unique and varied needs of families moving to the Philadelphia area and have developed a multi-tiered program to support families during the acclimation process.

Relocation Services: SCH provides relocating families with an approved list of recommended real estate agents, rental units, doctors, dentists, babysitters, extracurricular activities in and around the Philadelphia area.

SCH's "New to Philly" Event: Each fall, SCH hosts a gathering specifically for families new to the Philadelphia area so families can meet one another.

The 25-26 school year will mark the return of SCH’s former head school Dr. Steve Druggan. Steve has spent 30 years abroad working in international schools. He previously held positions at the American School of Dubai, the Jakarta Intercultural School, and international schools in Munich, Germany, and Milan, Italy.

Chinese students looking to study abroad at SCH Academy should work directly with our partner organization, Ivy International Group. All applicants will need to provide a TOEFL of 90+ Duolingo English Test of 125+, in addition to our regular Upper School application requirements.
