Dear Prospective Student,
Imagine this for a moment. You are sitting around a campfire, reflecting on the day’s events: a hike down a path that wasn’t the trail, sharing jokes over a lunch of pita pizzas, or recounting a moment when you struggled and the people around you rallied to your side. Or, envision yourself huddled with your teammates as you prep for final minutes of the game, strategize together at the FIRST Robotics national championship, or prepare for the launch of an app you designed for a history project. Can you feel the excitement of pitching your invention, a Saturday night performance for Players, or finally solving a calculus problem you never thought you would be able to solve?
At SCH, you will be challenged to grow as an individual and as a leader. You will leave here a different person than when you entered. Whether it’s the collaborative experience of Outward Bound, the bonds forged during a four-year advisory program, or the opportunity to authentically lead your peers, SCH will transform you. You will be encouraged to take risks, learn from failure, and meet the goals you set for yourself.
A variety of course offerings and our talented, engaging faculty will provide you with rigorous, student-centered learning experiences. Our school is a dynamic environment in which you have the opportunity to pursue your passions and discover new ones. With over 40 student-led clubs and activities
